What counts as a paid lead?

On prepaid PAYG, one credit is used when a new matching person is saved and made available in your account. Posts scanned, duplicates, suppressed contacts and failed saves do not use credits. The same identified person is not charged again across campaigns in the same workspace. A reply or sale is not guaranteed.

Can I contact people myself?

Yes. Automatic messaging is optional. With prepaid credits, you pay for the lead being delivered, whether you contact them yourself, use EvenLeads or decide not to reach out. Messages and replies do not create extra lead charges.

What happens when my credits run out?

New lead discovery pauses. Your existing leads remain available. You can buy another pack when you want; there is no automatic top-up or monthly PAYG fee. Your separate messaging settings remain unchanged.

Will I always be the first to reply?

Monitoring helps you notice new requests sooner, but it is not an instant or first-reply guarantee. Timing depends on check intervals, source access, platform availability and, for browser-based tasks, your connected browser.

What do I do after choosing a plan?

Create your campaign, describe the people you want to find, and choose a platform. Run a sync for existing requests, or add a group on a plan with monitoring. Connect the extension for browser-based tasks. Review the people found before deciding how to contact them.

How does the subscription trial work?

An eligible plan shows its trial length and trial limits on its card. Checkout shows the payment schedule. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins billing. Prepaid lead credits are a separate paid purchase, not a free trial.
